📦 Return Policy:
We will gladly exchange or refund any product that arrives contaminated. To qualify, returns for contaminated products must be documented and initiated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Tie-Dye Agar™ plates based on personal preference regarding marbling patterns. Each plate is a bespoke, one-of-a-kind creation. By ordering Tie-Dye Agar™, you acknowledge that you will receive a random tie-dye pattern in the color combination you select.

Q: What type of agar do you use?
A: We use 2% Light Malt Extract Agar (MEA), a nutrient-rich medium ideal for cultivating fungi, yeasts, and molds.
Q: Are your plates sterile?
A: Yep — all plates are sterile and individually wrapped to protect against contamination. Ready to use right out of the package.
Q: Will my plate look exactly like the one in the photo?
A: Not exactly — and that’s the beauty of it! Each tie-dye plate is hand-poured and unique, with its own swirls, patterns, and color blends.
Q: Do you offer custom colors?
