How to modify & inoculate media bottles for liquid culture.

Hello everyone! I finally got set up in the new lab and wanted to make some content for you all. Since I needed to outfit the lab with these media bottles for liquid culture production, I figured I'd make a video showing the process. Using this closed loop system is a great way to further minimize the risks of contamination in your cultures, which is incredibly important to us.
